Terms of Service for Safon

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Safon application or associated website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

Safon provides personal and professional file management, document scanning, PDF tools, secure vault storage, and local file transfer. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application binary.
  • Use the application to transmit malware, illicit files, or malicious payloads.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security mechanisms of the application.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership of all files, documents, scans, and metadata created or stored using Safon. Safon processes your files locally on your device and does not claim any ownership rights over your personal content.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Optional Pro upgrades or subscriptions are processed directly through the Google Play Store Billing API. All transactions, renewals, and refunds are governed by Google Play's standard purchase policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, app icons, source code, and branding elements associated with Safon are the exclusive property of Sefion IT Services and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance under all hardware configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sefion IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
